So I know I'm going to be up a little bit this week. I really ate terrible the end of last week and over the weekend. Thankfully, today was excellent as far as calories go. I stuck to my calorie goal, and I made sure to avoid desserts and candy (even though Bekah showed me some cupcakes that looked really delicious!). My run this afternoon was tough. Still, I was able to complete five miles, which gave me a great sense of accomplishment!
