My calorie intake today was really good. The only thing I wish I had done better at was tonight when giving Ella a snack, I had a few pretzels and animal crackers. I really didn't want to eat anything this late, and should have been a little more careful overall. Still, it was a great day, and I'm excited about it. My run today went really well. I put in a full 10K. I did relax on the effort a little, and run a bit slower pace than I have been running lately. I am hoping to get another full 6.2 miles in again in the morning, and then use Friday as another easy day. Tomorrow is a weigh in, and I'm a bit nervous. I really hope that I'm down a little from where I was two weeks ago.
