So tomorrow will start a "re-kickoff" for my weight loss journey. I've been very inconstant since Christmas, and I need to refocus and finish this. Bekah is on board with me this time, and we are both kicking it into gear tomorrow. We'll restart our no candy/desserts, and count our calories together. It was cold out, so I didn't run, but I did put in a forty minute ride on the recumbent tonight. I'm excited to get back into a focused mindset to finish my journey. I'm ready to lose my butter half.
