Day Five Hundred and Eighty-Seven
Day two of the restart has gone perfect. I kept my calories exactly where they are supposed to be, but more importantly I didn't snack throughout the day or after dinner. This is a huge win for me. I made sure to avoid the snacks that I have grown accustom to eating over the past four months. Bekah is counting calories with me each day, so I know we are going to do awesome together! My run today went well. I ran four miles as a "light" run to recover little from my 10K yesterday. I'm hoping to get a five miler in tomorrow, and then hit Thursday hard with another 10K. We'll see how those plans hold up!
