I just got in from a trip, and I am beat. I didn't get a chance to weigh today, so I'm going to postpone my weigh in until next Thursday. I know my eating has been terrible all week, and I have to do better this week. At least my grilled salmon lunch was on the healthier side (Tricky Fish is an amazing restaurant)! My run today was great. I got in an early morning 5K. I'm going to get some shut-eye, so that I'm able to function tomorrow.
