It’s really late, and I’m not going to pretend that my eating was ok today. It was awful. From burgers and fries to tons of delicious Mexican food. I am ready to get back on track though. It’s time to be through with my poor habits. I’m tired of being bloated. I am still having some chest cold issues, so I didn’t run today. I’m planning to take tomorrow’s off and get back to my run on Friday!
