Today was a good day. I ate healthy and stayed within my overall calorie intake. The only part that may not have been great was after dinner I had some Gatorade and a pumpkin chocolate chip muffin. Other than that I was on point with my food. I got a 5K in today, but I need to get back to running longer distances. I've really done a terrible thing with my eating for a while now. Honestly, it's been since Christmas. I asked Bekah to take over making my meals again. I know with her help, I can get back on track.
