I did much better today. I made better choices with my meals, and I even was careful to avoid bread with my dinner. The one downfall for today was candy. I don’t kno why, but I’m having a hard time getting back off of sweets. I really like I may need a twenty-one day fast from sweets. I’ll get back to you on whether or not that is going to be my goal for June. This little pudge I’ve put back on is not fun. On the bright side, I ran two days in a row. I only did a 5K again, but I’m getting back into the routine, and then we’ll add the long runs back into the mix. Also, I’ve really been slacking on my food tracking. That’s going to be different for June also.
