Sometimes when we take a day off from our regular routine it is because we are tired or because of certain events or our schedule is too full. Then there are days that the day off happens and it is completely out of our control. Today was one of those days for me. I knew that I was tired from my trip yesterday, but I didn’t know the extent of how tired I was. I was (and still am) exhausted. I didn’t have the energy to do much today. This isn’t terrible when you’re careful not to overeat, but I wasn’t careful at all. So now I have had 3 days of not running or being careful of my calories. I need to do better tomorrow so that I’m back on track.
