Day Six Hundred and Twenty-One - Finally a Good Day


Today was great.  I stayed within my calorie goals and avoided unnecessary snacking.  I was careful not to eat after dinner tonight as well.  Lunch wasn't healthy.  I had crackers and pretzels and a banana.  Still, I was careful not to snack after lunch and to avoid any desserts.  My run this morning was tough.  It was really humid out, and my legs felt pretty dead.  I didn't even try to go for a fast time.  I just wanted to get the full five miles in.  Tomorrow will be a shorter run, which is nice since I don't feel all that great.  I'm hoping it is somethings easily fixed with a good nights rest.  Even though I'm feeling cruddy, I'm motivated by a great day that I showed good discipline!
