Today was a pretty good day. I got up and got my run in early this morning. I only put in a 5K, bumexiae instill feel like my lungs are recovering from my cold earlier this week. I don’t want to push it too hard and feel worse. My calories weren’t were I want them, but the worse part was that I ate too much candy. My meals were on point, I just have to watch out for snacks. I want to get an early run in tomorrow morning, so I’m going to make this a short post. Until tomorrow y’all!
