It is very late, and I’m completely wiped. Basically I’m going to fill you in on a coupe of things. One, in less than two months I’ve completely negated 9 months of progress. I weigh around what I weighed in August now. So we’ll see how long it takes me to get back there. Also, I’ve been eating terrible. I’ve been snacking late and noght, and not tracking it. We’ve been eating out, and I’ve just been eating whatever I wanted. Well, today that stopped. I was very careful with my calorie intake today, and that included me only eating 1.25 pieces of pizza of pizza at dinner. I had a salad for lunch, and not even a full serving of cereal for breakfast (but it wasn’t a healthy choice , it was sugary and I just ate it because it was out and I needed something quick). My run was really great, and I’m glad I was able to get back out there. I intentionally ran slow so I didn’t aggravate my lungs and I seemed to do well. We’ll see how tomorrow goes!
