I’m starting to feel like I’m getting into a groove again with my calorie intake. It’s actually really encouraging to come to the end of a day and know that I did a good job staying within my calorie goal. It also encourages me that I’m able to get back to eating the way I have for the past year and a half. I wish I hadn’t made such bad choices for the past few months and set myself so far back. A great note is that I got back out and ran today. It was a rough three miles, but I got the whole 5K in. It was ninety-one degrees, and I’m pretty sure I felt every single degree. I’m hoping I can get back into my daily running routine.
