Day Six Hundred and Fifty-Seven


I want to give a quick update for today. Finally, after weeks of stupid decisions when it comes to calorie intake, I have completed a great day! I ate healthy for the entire day and stayed within my calorie goal! On top of that I put in two rides on the bike. I knew that my ride this morning wouldn’t bed enough, so I added in another ride this evening. It felt great to get the workouts in
