Day Six Hundred and Fifty-Six



Just a quick update before bed.  I did a little better with my eating throughout the day, but then blew it tonight on dinner at Red Robin.  Tomorrow I will do better.  I'm going to pack my lunch tomorrow which should help, and Bekah is going to prepare a healthy dinner.  My hip/butt/leg pain was much better today, but I'm going to wait until Thursday or Friday to run on it again.  I am planning to wake up early and ride my recumbent in the morning though. So, here's to a good night's rest and a solid bike ride in the morning!
