Just a quick update as I’m falling off to sleep tonight. My calories today weren’t the best. I ate out at several meals, and chose foods that were too high of calories. I need to be very careful this week that I track my calories and I exercise each day. I did get a run in this morning. It was a pretty short run, but I didn’t have a lot of time to get a longer run in. So tomorrow I need to get more than a 5K in. We’ll see how well I do with an early morning.
