Day Six Hundred and Forty-Four - Global Running Day



Today was another very full day. The difference in yesterday and today though is that I stayed true to my goals and was careful to track what I ate. I know I went over on my calories, but I also ate out two meals today. I should have just had two chicken tacos at lunch rather that the burrito. Also, the chips and queso were delicious! It was really something that could have been avoided. On a plus note I got back out there and ran three miles today! It was great, but I need to get back to running five-six miles on a consistent basis.
