Today was much better. I stuck to my calorie goals and have come to the end of the day having avoided snacking on a bunch of junk food. I have to get everything back under control. I need four to five weeks of eating like I did today. I know if I can keep my focus and stay disciplined, I will get back to where I was at the beginning of the year and hit my final goal. My run today went well, but it wasn’t as long as I felt like I needed. I’m glad I was able to get on the recumbent bike tonight and get a second workout in.
