Day Six Hundred and Sixty-Four



Today has been great! I stuck with my calorie goal and was careful not to overeat. It is always encouraging to start settling down for the night and having the encouragement of knowing that I did well today. Whatever your goals, strive for that feeling. Strive for the satisfaction of a day that goes in the win column. On top of that I got up early this morning and put in a 5K and a bike ride on my recumbent. It is great knowing that I don’t need to put in a second workout this evening.
