My calories today weren’t quite as good as yesterday. The big difference for today was that I ate too much snacks. Also, I had a few fries with my chicken wrap from Sonic. My run however was amazing! I ran a full 10K (6.25 miles actually), which was the first time I had done that Since the middle of May! It was really tough, and there moments that I wasn’t sure that I would make the whole distance. I use a lot of self-motivation, and I made it through. I want to get back to running a 10K on a regular basis.

ReplyDeleteI’ve started my own business, and it’s taken a lot of my time. I’m still fighting to lose my butter half, but it’s hard to get a post in each day. I’ll do my best to get a post in as often as possible. Thanks for reading!
